As our Warehouse Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of stock within our facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, meticulously tracking inventory levels using our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS), and conducting regular cycle counts to maintain unparalleled accuracy. You will be tasked with identifying and resolving any stock discrepancies promptly, ensuring that our inventory records perfectly reflect physical stock. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision, as your work directly impacts our ability to fulfill orders efficiently and meet customer expectations.

Beyond just tracking numbers, you will also be responsible for optimizing warehouse layout and storage solutions, ensuring that products are stored safely, accessibly, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations related to receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Manage the efficient flow of stock, ensuring optimal space utilization and product accessibility.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes.
