Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Handler to join our dedicated Day Shift team in Coral Springs, Florida. As a Warehouse Handler, you will be an essential part of a collaborative team responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of inventory within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility.
Your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to maintain optimal warehouse performance. You’ll be instrumental in receiving incoming shipments, meticulously verifying contents against packing slips, and identifying any discrepancies with a keen eye for detail. The careful organization and placement of products in designated storage areas will be a primary focus, utilizing appropriate material handling equipment safely and effectively. You will also play a key role in the picking and packing process, accurately selecting items for outgoing orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring all documentation is complete and correct.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages.
- Accurately sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (if certified/trained).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational issues.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with excellent attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with RF scanners.
