Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing of inventory items.
- Perform accurate data entry related to inventory movements using our management system.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities are dispatched.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs consistently.
