Key Responsibilities
- Accurately track and record all incoming and outgoing inventory using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Perform regular cycle counts and conduct physical inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Investigate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
- Organize and label inventory correctly in designated storage locations.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and picking processes as needed, ensuring inventory integrity.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow and storage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Operate basic material handling equipment safely, if certified (e.g., pallet jack).
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (WMS) or similar data entry systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
