As a Warehouse Loader, you will play an essential role in the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art distribution center. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight by hand or using manual pallet jacks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items.
- Verify product quantities and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests or packing lists.
- Sort, stage, and organize products in designated warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (if certified or trained).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any damaged products, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in general warehouse upkeep as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar loading/unloading role.
- Experience operating manual pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
