Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload goods from vehicles, including lorries and vans, using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) or manual lifting.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests or other documentation, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Organise and store goods in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper stacking and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Execute meticulous packing of items for dispatch, ensuring they are securely wrapped, labelled correctly, and prepared for transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet trucks, in a safe and responsible manner after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment within the warehouse at all times.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotation as required to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to health, safety, and security.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational targets are met.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.

- Proven physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items safely and repeatedly.
