Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, containers, and racks.
- Assist in the movement and storage of products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys).
- Sort, organize, and stack products efficiently according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests or invoices for accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times, including clearing pathways and disposing of waste.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations, operational guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Report any discrepancies, damages, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist where needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20kg) repeatedly throughout a shift, with proper techniques.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and a commitment to adhering to them.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
