Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and deadlines.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following safety guidelines (training provided if necessary).
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting, recording, and rotating stock.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and achieve daily goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and safely.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels, instructions, and counting inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, especially order fulfillment.
- Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a diverse team environment.
- High level of reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management systems or handheld scanners.
