Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes and identifying any discrepancies or damages.
- Efficiently and safely store goods in designated warehouse locations, optimising space and accessibility.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to client specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product types.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labelling, scanning, and loading onto transport vehicles.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if certified), safely and proficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or stock discrepancies promptly to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably with goods handling responsibilities.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift truck licence (Reach or Counterbalance).
