Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely, utilizing appropriate equipment as needed.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification a plus, training provided if necessary).
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Inspect products for defects or damages and report any issues.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
