Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against invoices and reporting discrepancies.
- Efficiently store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures and customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, including wrapping, banding, and loading onto trucks.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals.
- Conduct quality control checks on products before storage or shipment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Palm Springs, Hialeah location.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center setting.
- Forklift certification (reach truck, counterbalance, order picker).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
