Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and dispatch goods according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring quality and quantity control.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and potentially forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to line management.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid Forklift/Reach Truck license (although training can be provided).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
