Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Efficiently and securely package items using appropriate materials (boxes, padding, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they match order specifications before packaging.
- Apply correct labels, shipping marks, and documentation to packages.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as required, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the packaging area.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervision.
