Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against picking lists and shipping manifests to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and possibly forklifts (certification preferred but not required for entry).
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming shipments, including unloading, inspecting, and stocking inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, or operational concerns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including packing slips, labels, and bills of lading.
- Perform routine quality checks on packed items to ensure product integrity before shipment.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and label generation.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.

- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
