Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to specific order requirements and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing, reporting any discrepancies to supervision.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and necessary identification.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to product handling and warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, reaching) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Basic comprehension of English for safety and operational instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
