Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or handheld devices.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and dollies, to transport products.
- Verify product identification and quantity, ensuring order accuracy before staging for shipment.
- Scan and track inventory using a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and palletizing.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English for instructions and safety notices.
- Basic math skills for counting and verification.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment.
