Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and established procedures.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging before dispatch.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, counting, and reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and effectively, if certified.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets and operational goals.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects frequently (up to 25kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory checks.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software.
- Certification to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (an advantage).
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
