As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders according to specifications and picking lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for dispatch, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet trucks and handheld scanners, after receiving full training.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries, ensuring goods are handled with care.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong, positive work ethic.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to understand instructions and count stock.
