Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Efficiently pack items securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).
- Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure they match order specifications and are free from damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, restocking, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to immediate supervisor.
- Prepare orders for loading and assist with loading/unloading trucks as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verification.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
