Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of products, materials, and shipments to ensure they meet specified quality standards and company guidelines.
- Verify product quantities, dimensions, labels, and packaging against order specifications and inventory records.
- Identify and document any defects, damages, or discrepancies, preparing detailed reports for further investigation and action.
- Operate basic quality testing equipment (if applicable) and record results accurately.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff, inventory managers, and supply chain teams to address quality issues promptly.
- Ensure all quality control procedures and safety protocols are strictly adhered to within the warehouse environment.
- Assist in the organization and segregation of non-conforming products pending resolution.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and quality audits as required.
