Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming deliveries, verifying quantities against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies upon arrival and report any issues immediately to supervisors.
- Accurately sort, label, and store received items in designated warehouse locations according to company procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all incoming shipments and inventory movements using company systems.
- Collaborate with inventory control and quality assurance teams to investigate and resolve any receiving discrepancies.
- Ensure the receiving area is kept clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and using inventory software.
