Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and package items for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, often involving heavy lifting.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices, packing lists, and orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently (if certified).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Coordinate effectively with courier services and freight forwarders for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Inspect products for damages or defects before shipping, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards and regulations.
