Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Efficiently store merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining proper organization and accessibility.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders or store replenishment requests, preparing them for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and trolleys, after appropriate training.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
