Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Accurately store goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately according to picking lists and customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and responsibly.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning, sweeping, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading labels and completing paperwork.
