Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse products and materials, verifying counts against invoices.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate various material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Prepare outgoing shipments by loading trucks and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation and organization within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verification.
