Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and FIFO principles.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and meet deadlines.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and secure packaging.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic literacy skills (ability to read and understand instructions, labels, and safety signs).
