We are actively seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and physically capable Warehouse Worker to join our dedicated team in Ha Makhangoa, Qacha’s Nek. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive and thoroughly inspect incoming shipments, accurately verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery manifests.
- Safely and swiftly unload delivery trucks, utilizing appropriate manual and mechanical equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Precisely sort and meticulously organize merchandise into designated storage areas, ensuring optimal stacking, clear labelling, and easy accessibility.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for outbound shipments, strictly adhering to company standards, specific picking instructions, and critical dispatch deadlines.
- Prepare items for secure delivery, which includes precise labelling, protective wrapping, and careful loading onto designated delivery vehicles.
- Consistently maintain a clean, highly organized, and exceptionally safe working environment within the warehouse premises at all times, following all safety protocols.
- Operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, if certified and authorized) in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular and precise inventory counts, actively assisting in the investigation and reconciliation of any stock discrepancies.
- Promptly report any instances of damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or identified safety hazards to immediate supervisors.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, rigorous safety regulations, and established operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven physical capability to perform demanding tasks, including repetitive lifting of objects weighing up to 25kg and standing for extended durations.
- Possess fundamental numeracy and literacy skills essential for accurately reading labels, counting inventory, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and unwavering accuracy in all aspects of merchandise handling and processing.
- Ability to execute tasks effectively both independently and as a collaborative, supportive member of a larger team.

Preferred Qualifications
