Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Preferred Qualifications
