Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain specialized waste collection vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collect various types of waste materials (general refuse, recycling, organic waste) from designated residential, commercial, and public areas.
- Navigate established routes accurately, adhering to schedules and collection protocols.
- Perform manual lifting, loading, and emptying of waste bins and containers.
- Conduct initial sorting and segregation of waste materials for recycling and proper disposal.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or missed collections promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid German Class C/CE driving license (or equivalent) with relevant professional driver qualifications (e.g., Schlüsselzahl 95)
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting and repetitive movements.
- Strong understanding and commitment to safety procedures in a heavy machinery environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

- Basic knowledge of German language for communication and safety instructions.
