Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading engaging web content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, and social media updates.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Upload and manage content using various Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital platforms.
- Conduct basic keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility.
- Monitor website performance and content engagement metrics, providing reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and assist with content scheduling and distribution.
- Support in the creation and curation of visual assets (images, videos) to accompany web content.
- Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices.
