We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Web Designer with a strong focus on Frontend development, User Interface (UI), and User Flow design to join our expanding team in Belfast. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web interfaces (UI) using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks/libraries.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve user experience (UX) and interface designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and maintain design system guidelines.
- Optimise web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Expertise in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
