Key Responsibilities
- Set up and arrange event spaces according to floor plans and client specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and decorations.
- Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of event spaces post-event, ensuring all items are properly stored and the venue is prepared for the next booking.
- Support catering staff with serving, bussing tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction during meals and beverage service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event halls, common areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout events.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with wayfinding or basic inquiries.
- Operate audiovisual equipment as needed (basic setup and troubleshooting).
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure a smooth event flow.
- Collaborate effectively with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
