Key Responsibilities

- Source, vet, and negotiate with vendors (e.g., venues, caterers, photographers, florists, entertainment) to secure the best services and rates.
- Manage all vendor communications, contracts, and payments, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Design and execute wedding themes, décor concepts, and floor plans.
- Coordinate rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions, acting as the primary point of contact on the wedding day.
