As our Wedding Planner for Private Events, you will be the heart and soul behind our clients’ most cherished day. You will manage the entire wedding planning process from initial consultation to the final farewell, ensuring every detail reflects the couple’s unique vision and exceeds their expectations. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, crafting personalized proposals, coordinating with a diverse range of vendors, managing budgets, and overseeing event execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive wedding proposals, detailed timelines, and precise floor plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Manage all aspects of wedding budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, transparency, and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Source, negotiate with, and coordinate a diverse range of high-quality vendors including florists, caterers, photographers, entertainment, and decorators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice, creative guidance, and unwavering support throughout the entire planning process.
  • Oversee all logistical elements of the wedding day, from meticulous setup and elegant ceremony to seamless reception and efficient breakdown, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Conduct thorough site visits, detailed rehearsals, and final walk-throughs to ensure all arrangements are perfectly in place.
