Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead wedding planners with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Conduct research for vendors, venues, themes, and creative ideas, presenting findings to the planning team.
- Help prepare client proposals, contracts, timelines, and budget summaries.
- Attend client meetings and vendor consultations, taking detailed notes and providing support as needed.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place and executed according to plan.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm details and logistics leading up to the event.
- Maintain organized records of client preferences, vendor information, and event documentation.
- Provide on-site support during wedding events, assisting with guest management, decor adjustments, and problem-solving.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media content, blog posts, or promotional materials.
