Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior wedding planners with administrative tasks, including organizing client files, contracts, and vendor information.
- Conduct research on potential venues, vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment), and creative concepts.
- Prepare and compile mood boards, presentation materials, and detailed timelines for client meetings.
- Support communication efforts by drafting emails, making phone calls to confirm appointments, and following up with vendors.
- Attend client consultations, taking detailed notes and contributing creative ideas.
- Assist with on-site event setup, decoration, and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place according to the wedding plan.
- Provide logistical support during events, including guiding guests, coordinating vendor arrivals, and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Help manage event inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available and accounted for.
- Shadow and learn from experienced planners, actively asking questions and seeking to understand all aspects of wedding coordination.
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.

- Previous volunteer or internship experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service.
- Knowledge of local vendors and event services within Manica Province.
- Basic proficiency in Portuguese (beneficial but not mandatory).
