Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate care services provided by the weekend care team.
- Provide guidance and support to care workers, ensuring adherence to care plans and company policies.
- Conduct spot checks and quality assurance visits to ensure high standards of care delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service users, families, and care staff during weekend shifts.
- Address and resolve immediate concerns or issues that arise, escalating complex situations to senior management.
- Assist with the administration and documentation of care records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the onboarding and mentorship of new care staff members.
- Ensure all care activities comply with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
- Contribute to creating a positive and supportive working environment for the weekend team.
Required Skills
