Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and support to weekend care staff, ensuring adherence to care plans and company policies.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of weekend care schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for care staff and service users during weekend hours, addressing immediate concerns or emergencies.
  • Support the onboarding and mentorship of new care assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Conduct regular welfare checks and spot audits to ensure quality of care delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to weekend operations, including report generation and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance supervisory and care management skills.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.
