Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions, ensuring proper change and reconciliation.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including age-restricted sales.
