Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
