As a Weekend Residential Lead, you will be the cornerstone of support and guidance during your shifts, particularly when full-time management might not be present. While directly supervised, you’ll take initial responsibility for coordinating weekend activities, providing essential assistance to residents, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate weekend resident activities and schedules, ensuring engagement and well-being.
  • Provide direct support and assistance to residents with daily routines, personal care, and mobility as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents during weekend shifts, addressing immediate concerns and escalating complex issues to senior staff.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and positive living environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Document daily observations, incidents, and resident progress accurately and thoroughly.
  • Facilitate positive communication among residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Assist in medication reminders and administration under the guidance of qualified staff, if applicable.
  • Implement individual care plans and behavioral support strategies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills.
