Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for residents and staff during weekend shifts, addressing immediate concerns and inquiries.
- Coordinate and facilitate weekend activities and programs, encouraging resident participation and engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular rounds and checks of the premises to maintain security and identify any issues.
- Provide basic administrative support, including accurate record-keeping and incident reporting.
- Support residents with general inquiries and foster a positive community atmosphere.
