Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, information, and purchasing decisions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor, shelves, and display areas.
  • Restock merchandise, ensuring products are well-arranged and priced correctly.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary to management.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.
  • Actively promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
  • Assist with inventory counts and receiving new shipments as required.
