Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, information, and purchasing decisions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor, shelves, and display areas.
- Restock merchandise, ensuring products are well-arranged and priced correctly.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary to management.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.
- Actively promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving new shipments as required.
