Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse products and materials, verifying counts and inspecting for damage.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning, organizing, and assisting with inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality, especially for weekend shifts.
- Basic mathematical and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory scanning devices.
