Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided welding training and safety programs.
- Learn to operate various welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) under close supervision.
- Assist senior welders with fabrication, assembly, and finishing tasks.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications, following blueprints and schematics provided.
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and company policies.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors on assigned projects.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as trained and instructed.
