We are looking for motivated and safety-conscious candidates to join our team as Entry-Level Welders in the vibrant Dogwood Azalea District of Owensboro. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all provided welding training and safety programs.
  • Learn to operate various welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) under close supervision.
  • Assist senior welders with fabrication, assembly, and finishing tasks.
  • Measure and cut materials to specifications, following blueprints and schematics provided.
  • Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and company policies.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors on assigned projects.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as trained and instructed.

Required Skills
