Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring optimal flow and utilization of treatment rooms and practitioner time.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and serene ambiance of the reception area, waiting rooms, and treatment spaces.
- Assist wellness practitioners with pre- and post-treatment preparations, including setting up rooms, managing linens, and restocking supplies.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Process payments, manage client records, and assist with basic administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and manage inventory of wellness products and operational supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Support the marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and informing clients about new offerings.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
