Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in clients, managing appointments and ensuring a smooth flow of services.

- Assist clients with scheduling new appointments, cancellations, and rebooking, utilizing the centre's booking system.
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records with utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the reception area, waiting rooms, and common areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms between sessions, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Support wellness practitioners with administrative tasks and client follow-ups as required.
- Provide information about the centre's services, packages, and membership options to interested clients.
- Manage inventory of supplies, placing orders when necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist in organizing and promoting wellness workshops, events, and community outreach programs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
