Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, count, and pack products according to specific order requirements and company standards.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Accurately label and prepare packed boxes for shipment, ensuring correct destination information.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (manual or electric) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation flow.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand packing slips and order forms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
