Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the preparation of vehicles and architectural glass surfaces for tint application, including cleaning and masking.
- Learn and practice proper techniques for cutting, trimming, and shaping tint film to specifications.
- Support the application process of window tint film, including heat shrinking and squeegeeing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and cared for.
- Perform quality checks on finished work under supervision to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Handle and store tinting materials and chemicals safely and according to guidelines.
- Provide basic customer service support, greeting clients, and assisting with vehicle intake/outtake procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Engage actively in on-the-job training and continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for precision.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently when required.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
