Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Required Skills
